Data centre locations selected for the project

OVHcloud is our primary infrastructure provider. Selected TELE3 capacity in Prague can be considered where it fits a specific requirement.

Physical server location and IP geolocation are different choices and should not be treated as the same thing.

Primary and alternative infrastructure

The data centre choice follows availability, latency, resilience and the practical operating requirements of the project.

OVHcloud as the primary choice

A broad European infrastructure portfolio provides practical capacity and location options for managed servers.

TELE3 in Prague

Selected Prague capacity, currently centred on the Casablanca data centre option, can be considered when a Czech physical location matters.

Other locations by agreement

A specific location is confirmed against current provider availability before it is promised.

Physical location and Czech IP geolocation

A server can be physically located outside the Czech Republic while using a supported Additional IP with Czech geolocation.

France or Germany

Supported OVHcloud locations can provide the physical server environment where the project fits best.

Czech-geolocated Additional IP

A Czech geolocation can be selected for a supported Additional IP, subject to current IPv4 inventory and verification.

No automatic promise

IPv4 availability changes, so the exact location and geolocation combination must be confirmed before ordering.

We distinguish server location, network routing and IP geolocation so the proposal does not imply that a Czech IP means Czech physical hosting.

How cooperation works

Step 1

Location requirement

We identify whether the requirement is legal, latency-related, commercial or only about IP geolocation.

Step 2

Availability check

Current server and Additional IP options are confirmed with the provider.

Step 3

Infrastructure proposal

The location, IP and managed service scope are stated together in the proposal.
