What helps us give a useful first answer
Application and version
WordPress, PrestaShop, ZenCart or another system, including the version if you know it.
Current environment
Current provider, hosting or server type, and whether you have access needed for an assessment or transfer.
What is not working or needs to change
For example slow responses, recurring errors, growth, a supplier change or the need to hand over server administration.
Clear boundaries protect both sides
Managing the server does not automatically include updating WordPress plugins or changing a store theme. We can do both, but agree the scope and price separately.
Infrastructure
Server system, web stack, monitoring, backups and agreed operating tasks.
Application
WordPress plugins, PrestaShop modules, ZenCart changes, templates and application-level incidents.
Custom development
A custom feature with an agreed specification, price estimate and checks before handover.
