A clear path from the current situation to a practical solution

We first understand the project, then separate infrastructure from application work and only then recommend the next step.

You do not need to prepare a technical specification before the first conversation.

The cooperation process

Step 1

You describe the project

Tell us what is running, what has changed and what you need to improve. A short practical description is enough.

Step 2

We review the environment

We check the application, hosting or server context, traffic, integrations and known risks relevant to the decision.

Step 3

We define responsibility

We make clear which work belongs to infrastructure, server management, application care or a separate custom change.

Step 4

You receive a proposal

The proposal states the recommended service, scope, assumptions, price model and next action.

What helps us give a useful first answer

Application and version

WordPress, PrestaShop, ZenCart or another system, including the version if you know it.

Current environment

Current provider, hosting or server type, and whether you have access needed for an assessment or transfer.

The concrete symptom or goal

For example slow responses, recurring errors, growth, a supplier change or the need to hand over server administration.

Clear boundaries protect both sides

Managed server work and application work can be combined, but they are not silently treated as the same service.

Infrastructure

Server system, web stack, monitoring, backups and agreed operating tasks.

Application

WordPress plugins, PrestaShop modules, ZenCart changes, templates and application-level incidents.

Custom development

A separately estimated change with an agreed result and acceptance scope.

If both infrastructure and application care are useful, we say so explicitly and describe the combination before work starts.

A short message is enough for the first review. We will ask for technical detail only where it changes the recommendation.
